Child and Adolescent Therapy
Our therapists are familiar with the complex ways mental health challenges manifest within children and adolescents (e.g. inattentiveness, oppositional behavior, and frequent mood changes). To meet the needs of children, our specialty trained child and adolescent therapists take a multi-systemic approach to treatment planning that includes the entire family. We place great emphasis on treating the entire person not simply their symptoms. Focusing on the entire family system verses one individual child is one of the major strengths of our organization. Treatment plans may include components such as individual and/or family therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or group therapy.
